Media Mentor Activity: Ice cream, ice cream, we all scream for ice cream

Did you know that July is National Ice Cream month?  Really!  And, in 2014, Sunday, July 20 will be National Ice Cream Day!  YAHOO!

What does this have to do with children’s media?  Well, when there are different special days and months, you can use those as themes to create experiential learning opportunities with media and activities.

Here are some ice cream media activities:
